By accessing or using HockeyShotCheck (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HockeyShotCheck provides AI-powered analysis of hockey shooting videos. Users upload video of their hockey shots and receive automated feedback on shooting mechanics, technique scoring, and drill recommendations. The Service uses artificial intelligence and should be treated as a supplemental training tool, not a replacement for professional coaching.

3. User Content

By uploading video content to HockeyShotCheck, you represent that:

• You have the right to upload and share the video content
• The video features you or someone who has given you permission to upload their video
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Videos are processed in real-time for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Free score previews are provided at no cost. Full analysis reports are available for purchase at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Reports are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us at hello@hockeyshotcheck.com and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

HockeyShotCheck uses artificial intelligence to analyze shooting mechanics. While we strive for accuracy, AI analysis has inherent limitations. Results should be used as a supplemental training resource and not as a definitive assessment of skill or ability. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific score, feedback, or recommendation. Always consult with a qualified hockey coach for professional instruction.

6. Assumption of Risk

Hockey is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. Any drills or recommendations provided by HockeyShotCheck are for informational purposes only. Users assume all risks associated with practicing hockey skills. Always practice in a safe environment with appropriate protective equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability

HockeyShotCheck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HockeyShotCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries sustained while practicing recommended drills.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
